The inspection was very thorough, and the report made it easy to understand what was important and what was just routine maintenance. We had Tom out to do a home inspection because of some serious problems with the bathroom tile, but he went over the whole home and found a number of other issues. Some of them were things which once you see them you can't unsee them, but we had never noticed before. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and calm. It was really nice getting an opinion from someone who is not (and cannot) sell you anything. We're fairly proactive about home maintenance and I expect to have him back out in a couple years to see if we've fixed everything and / or if there are any new issues.
