My broker there put together the home loan and the construction loan with virtually no effort on my part. The process was quick, precise and professional. The best part was the service after the sale. They’ve always been there to help assist with any concerns I might have, as well as, making themselves available to answer my questions. I genuinely trust the people there at PMC. I found them to have a policy driven by integrity and they have upmost respect for people as an individual. They truly “Set me up for success” by understanding that the property I bought wasn’t just a purchase, but also an investment.

I just want to take the time to give a shout out to Brett. He was able to get us a loan for our first flip in this city. He provided guidance as well as refferals for attorney, title company as well as where to find the best materials. Nothing but class.

I’ve done multiple loans with Pacific Mortgage Center, and they always impress me with the level of service and responsiveness. They work hard to get me the best rates, and they do a great job of keeping me updated on the steps of the process.

These people provided pre-approval letter and then waited the entire months with very little communication to say that they couldn't close. Wasted a month of everyone's time and money. It doesn't take a month to figure out of you can fund a home after you are already pre-approved. They should be help accountable for the costs. Terrible business practice.
