Family gatherings made easy with the accessible club house to people who own a condo inside this gated community. Very safe. There were issues but now anyone who would even try would be super sorry they did.

Landscapers arrive 730am 3 times a week super annoying! I've lived here 4 yrs and the water is constantly being turned off. Total so far 21 times in 4 yrs. Old complex, Old pipes, Old problems. I would never purchase or rent here. Lease is up August 2026. Update 10/24/24: Guess what? - Water off again since 10am to 5pm for the entire development. Reason water valve replacement in several buildings. Guess what? - March 6, 2025 guess what? Water off all day it's 430pm still not back on despite them saying repairs to be done by 4pm. 5pm still no water. No communications from HOA. Who wants an update? Water off again 6/8 and 7/8. Due to valve work again. Guess what? Another shutoff 8am to 5pm today 9/8/25. I know, i know, but moving out somewhere next year due to no water in 2028 as the Water

Yeah don’t waste your money because if you have an upstairs neighbor like i do who stands in one place and stomp all day and all night and nothing can or will be done about it. We can’t even live in our apartment because every room we go to and the neighbor’s adult son hears us he runs to the room above us and stomp. Complained to HOA and was told there is nothing that can be done and to top it off KIM who states she is the owner of the property kept calling me a SIR during the call and when I corrected her she said I DONT CARE IF UR A MAN OR NOT, I THINK YOU JUST WANT TO ARGUE WITH ANYBODY (wow) so she tried to make me feel small by saying WELL YOU HAVE A DEEP VOICE AND YOU SHOULD NOT BE OFFENDED (wow ok, I guess). Not bad, but Pool is closed most of the time. They only “open” in the summer and it’s been closed for “repairs”.

Very lovely place to live with ur family or single very spacious place and super quiet no body bother you and great location for almost any business that you one or looking for it. And super clean.
