Moved out a couple of months ago and decided to write a review so here it is: as a first time renter I could not have had a better experience, I was just recently graduated from college and had no idea what I was doing and pcr gave me so many chances (probably more than they should’ve) and I will be forever grateful. I even paid rent late a month and they charged me a late fee (rightfully so) and they refunded me the fee when I moved (not saying they do this for everyone just my experience) and I honestly wish I could’ve stayed with them longer but the corner apartments were just way too small (not really any fault of their own) but the price was amazing. Frank and Erin were incredibly kind the whole time I rented from them. The lack of empathy though is alarming. For a company that rents from college students, anything negative gets you no tenant reference. When I called and spoke to them, they provided no explanation to me and was dismissive. They didn't even tell me the rental company on why, if a review is simply negative, why did they feel they had to be so secret about it? Even to a real estate company? My roommates and I experienced some medical emergencies that affected our ability to pay rent, but we always paid it in the end.

Frank and his team at PCR are a pleasure to work with. I found him to be honest, punctual, and informative. I had lots of questions and concerns about logistics of my things, and he was super helpful. I felt like he contributed to my move and transition being successful. Frank is a customer centric professional.

I had such a great experience with PCR. The application process was simple. Frank worked with me through a minor technical difficulty while submitting my application.
