Do you love Pest Infestations, vandalism, careless staff/management, vagrants and homeless living on your property, You’ve found your home! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT LIVE HERE! If safety and responsive management matter to you, think twice before signing a lease here. There have been ongoing concerns regarding ineffective management, staff, and property security. Communication is poor, follow-up is rare, and residents are left feeling unheard. Paying an increasing (and overpriced) rent for decreasing service is what you will find at Pacific Bay Club. I cannot confidently recommend this property to others or anyone who cares about personal safety or protection of your property. If you care for safety and the protection of your property… forget about it when it comes to Pacific Bay Club

I had a great experience with the staff at Pacific Bay Club Apartments. I accidentally left my brand-new headphones in the gym after my workout around 10 PM, and even though I’m a visitor, Beth and Mariah were extremely helpful and reassuring. They explained that the cameras are operational and that the equipment to review the footage would be set up and checked. They also helped me make a post on the community app in hopes the item would be returned. Their professionalism, kindness, and clear communication really helped ease my anxiety. I was even offered a complimentary coffee and friendly conversation, which I truly appreciated. The community itself is clean, welcoming, and usually full of friendly people, especially in the gym, so it was disappointing to experience this situation. St

We recently moved in a couple of weeks ago and our experience has been nothing but amazing. Beth is extremely kind and patient especially with our situation. The neighborhood is quaint, cozy and feels like home. The maintenance team is especially sweet and very personable. It's such a blessing to move in to a space and have everything updated and new along with great pricing for rent. Thank you so much Beth, Miguel and Bryan. 🫶🏾

I had a smooth move-in thanks to Amanda & Beth. They were always friendly to talk to and even helped me with some difficult situations. After moving in there were just a few things that needed to be fixed and Miguel was very friendly and professional. He even came back after-hours to fix an electrical issue that most others wouldn't have been able to handle. Great team here at the PBC!
