Update: Ok, thank you Pacific Bay Club for responding, reaching out, and working with us. In fact, I see that you've turned off all but 2 of the lights the past few nights. And, while that's not perfect, I certainly do appreciate it. I think they just need a tiny bit more adjustment downwards so it doesn't seem like there's a parking lot across the street lol. But I trust you'll do what you can. I'll upgrade this review, and probably just delete it after a few days after you've had time to read this. Thanks again. I have been living her since November 2017 and it has been a great living experience so far. The complex is quiet and well located, easy access to cotsco, freeway and pacific beach area. The staff is composed by really good people, they have always been helpful and responsive to me. Robert is very kind and does an incredible work taking care of any maintenance work needed at our apartment. Issues of any kind can be posted on their website and usually it gets resolved at the same day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable prices yet at a great location.

I've lived here at PacBay since 2016 and never had any issues. Perfect location! It's quiet, has great facilities personnel, reasonable price for the economy. Well kept landscape and atmosphere. I would like to stay here for many years to come for sure. I really like the fact there is an Amazon locker. People may say the units are small but that just makes it easier to clean and they are the perfect size in my opinion. One of the heating elements went out on my stovetop recently so I submitted an online service request. Literally within a half hour a member of the facilities personnel had it diagnosed and repaired. The neighbourhood is located in an excellent place, and it is quite easy to get anywhere in San Diego by car from here. I typically do not hear noise on the nights, so it's very easy to sleep. Pacific Bay Club provides an excellent service when things go wrong in the apartment. Last time, my locker was fully blocked on the late night. I phoned the emergency number, and they quickly solved my problem. My small comment is that frequent fumigations would be appreciated, though (I am a bit afraid of spiders). Overall, I do recommend this community :)

Great staff, friendly community (happy tenants), great amenities. Very clean property, onsite maintenance staff, and a peaceful neighborhood are some of the reasons I love this place. I feel at home (within a month a moving in) which is not always automatic and usually takes me while. The pool is the cherry on top.
