Pacific Arbor Apartments

Kimberly is an amazing manager. I could not ask for a better one. Pacific Arbor has been out home for a yr in USA. As a new immigrant in this country, I must say the management makes this place a better place to live. Okay, enough with the manager but let’s talk about the place. One thing I love about Pacific Arbor is the accessibility to almost everything. If you dont have your own car, public bus stops are just few steps away. A 7/11 nearby and a large international supermarket close. Overall, it was good.

Pacific Arbor Apartments is so far one of my best places to live in. Very well built and appointed, very clean, quiet, close to shopping, transit and safe community. Kimberly the manager goes above and beyond to meet your needs and answer any questions. Maintenance is always on top of things, quick and responsive. Residents here are nice, warm and respectful. The apartments are also very spacious and updated, a great deal for the price. I have loved it here and throughout my stay I have made amazing friends, some from the military which tells me it’s also a great place for military folks. I recommend living here!

Great place to live. I just finished my early morning walkabout, I returned home and saw the daffodils blooming - love my apartment family, very quiet, property well taken care of, the new apartment manager is just wonderful (although I miss😊 the previous manager). I lived here for five years and loved my spacious 1 bedroom! It's a nice, small community and pretty quiet. The grounds are kept nice and tidy, and there is always plenty of parking. Downsides are the stinky compactor, noise from Pacific Ave, and no amenities (pool, gym, etc.), but the large units/patios and other aspects of living here make up for that. I would recommend this complex! Also, the manager, Kimberly, is super nice!

My husband and I unfortunately did not get the opportunity to rent here due to deciding to buy a home instead. However, we did get the pleasure of meeting Kimberly who is the property manager. I would have rented at this community alone because she was the manager. She was so patient and kind. She actually took the time to talk to you and answered any questions you had. I have looked at dozens of apartments through out Tacoma, Graham, south hill, and Puyallup and I have not received the service from anyone else like I did from her. I worked in property management for many years and I know how much of a taxing career it is.
