I visited a property after submitting an application, which I was informed was necessary, despite my specified move-in date of April 1st. Following the application, I viewed the property and paid an additional $300 to remove it from the market. Genesis assured me she would discuss my application with the owner, who preferred a tenant to occupy the property prior to April 1st. However, despite my clear intentions to move in on the 1st, Genesis ultimately informed me that the owner declined my application due to his desire for an earlier move-in date. This experience was the most disappointing I've had with a rental agency, and the subsequent delay in returning my payment, citing Genesis's illness, only added to my frustration. Horrible experience with them. They are trying to charge me with a bunch of things after I moved out that is well above the security deposit. They purchased the building and I immediately moved because of their non professional actions. Don’t ever rent from them… they are scamming, manipulating crooks.

I so love PABIAN, no doubts! I lived in an apartment of 1 bedroom from 2024 till 2025 then moved into a nice 3 bedroom home recently, I so love how their maintenance people done their jobs with repairs and how their quick processing to get that finished nicely with my previous apartment & current home. Even I so love my landlord, Genesis - she is the BEST! ❤️ I have no negatives toward that company.

The only name I would recommend from this company is Genesis! She is the face of this company! She is good at communicating, she does a wonderful job with being straight forward. She is a kind hearted person who handles her job well! She makes up for the lack of communication with the people that are above her. She welcomes you to there company like she is your family and try’s her best to help out with any inconvenience that the people above her bring witch is a whole lot! I pray she moves on to bigger and better!
