What can I say??.......... That all of the staff here have been 1000% fantastic from start to now. 36+ months of perfect managing, helping, facilitating, and always making sure our grounds are clean/tidy/safe! I have never waited more than an hour; for a response from them and they always take care of any maintenance work needed very quickly! 🙏🏽 Thank you PM services, all of you;for giving us this chance!

This is the best property management company in Fresno. We have been with them for nearly 16 years and ate extremely happy. They treat our properties like this own and handle all issues without hesitation.

Not sure why they don't have 5 ⭐'s?? I can name about 3-4 people and there's more of them; and all of them--- always make us feel welcomed no matter what process of our housing stay were in!! We are forever grateful! 💯🤝 I recommend PM services to everyone! ✅

Thankfully my building was sold to a new owner. PM services was an unpleasant group to deal with. They made it very uncomfortable to feel free to reach out in need of anything. Very passive aggressive group of ladies. They also made an error with my rent which is confirmed now that I am with my new landlord but when telling them of their mistake Cynthia and Kathryn were very rude and very sure that they didn’t make a mistake, in writing. If I treated my customers the way they do I would be without a job. Play very close attention to your rent portal, we are all humans and human error happens whether we want to admit it or not. The way these ladies act is very uncalled for and unprofessional. Hope this helps.

This company is the worst ever, they don't care about how they treat people nor do they care about your stuff even if its your deceased brother and mother's stuff, they claimed to have left a notice on your door but never no notice there. they are the worst people that are heartless, inconsiderate, and have no compassion for our loved ones belongings that have passed.
