Terrible company. Poor communication. No help on issues with the rental home. Overpriced. And now requiring a “home inspection” that has cost me an additional $80 and will cost time off work to facilitate. Do not recommend. Slum lords.

HIGHLY do not recommend this company. I applied to one of their properties and got led on just to get let down. I wish they would just be honest and upfront on whether you get the property or not. Leasing agent Patricia was nice but was no help. Not interested in hearing from this company ever again

Do not rent from this company. They are very negligent. They waste your time and money. They charge you for maintenance fees $10 every month. After paying $120 for they year they come “service” your hvac system all to use your own filters to replace it. They are not worth the hassle. They’re always switching managers so the management is completely garbage. They’re just there to rob you of your money. I’ve sent multiple emails and they never reply. Save your money go rent elsewhere.
