Oyster Point Place Apartments

My experience at this apartment complex was great thanks to Claudia. From the moment I arrived, she was very welcoming and helpful. She walked me through the different floor plans, explained pricing and availability, and made sure I understood all my options. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and treats you with respect, Claudia is the person to talk to.

I walked in looking for a new place to live, and Claudia was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. She was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain all the different apartment options available. She answered all my questions clearly and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. You can really tell she cares about helping people find the right place. I recently moved into this apartment complex, and Claudia, the leasing agent, has been absolutely wonderful. She was very professional and caring throughout the leasing process. Shortly after moving in, I had a maintenance issue, and once again Claudia was professional, attentive, and made sure the problem was resolved quickly. Great experience so far!

When you call the office no one ever answers the phone nor call back after a message is left. And if I entered my income wile doing the application, then why do I need to do it again thru a site called nova?? Then one for pets when I stated I have no pets??

The move in process was smooth. My only concern is not having the Internet connectivity, in the apartment, settled prior to move in. Nonetheless, they will have maintenance and a technician come in, in a few days, to check everything out. Overall, a good experience.
