Oxford Manor Apartments

I have so far been happy with moving into Oxford manor. The front office staff were super nice to me during moving in & helping me with any questions that I had. The apartment that I got was nice (I got a 2-2). The maintenance team here has been very responsive & quick to come when I had a minor issue moving In with my bedroom window not opening all the way someone came pretty promptly to fix the issue. I also appreciate that they take off the cost of pet rent if you have a therapist sign a paper for your pet being an emotional support animal. Overall so far I am pretty happy with calling this place my home for now.

Oxford manor is a very nice place to live. It is very calm, the amenities are great, and the apartments are very well taken care of. As a master’s student, it is a great place to live near campus without being close to all the party scene. The leasing office staff is really nice, specially Ciara, who is always very helpful ever since the first day I toured the place. The maintenance staff is also very fast to accommodate all of my needs. Overall, a great place!

If it tells you anything, my phone contact for this place is "Bless you Ciara." I was looking for a clean and comfortable place with sunny rooms. I found Ciara very trustworthy and genuinely kind. She delivered on the apartment I was looking for. What a sweetheart, you could hear her happiness when I told her how glorious it was to see the sun come through the windows in the afternoon! She made sure the furniture was delivered right away so that I didn't have to wait long. She added a gift card when there was a delay. Dhanya has been wonderful as well, and Brooke made sure I was able to get moved in. JR quickly took care of maintenance requests, and Daniel went above and beyond with the plumbing. I'm grateful for the care and community they have shown me :-)

The staff at Oxford Manor are great, especially Ciara. She has been incredibly supportive and patient, always taking the time to answer all my questions clearly and promptly. Her helpful attitude and reliability really make a difference. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the management and staff here.

My experience living at Oxford Manor Apartments was extremely disappointing, and I feel obligated to share it so future residents can make an informed decision. After moving out, management unfairly charged me $100 for “water damage” that was nothing more than a small dark spot near the bathtub corner — a piece of old tape on a wall that had clearly aged with the property. These buildings are over 20 years old, and such minor blemishes are normal wear and tear. Still, they refused to reconsider the charge even after I explained the situation in detail.
