I need to address several issues regarding my time living in your community and the return of my security deposit. On my second day living there, my car was broken into while it was parked in your parking lot. The thief shattered my window and stole items from my vehicle. I paid $300 out of pocket to repair the damage, and I filed a police report. When I came to the office to request camera footage, the staff refused to show me the video, and the property did not assist me with the repair at all. That experience heavily influenced my decision to leave after just one year. I moved out 47 days ago, and you still have my security deposit. I called the office more than 10 times with no answer. If you're considering leasing at Oxford Apartments, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Their communication is absolutely terrible, and the leasing process is a nightmare. I went on a tour on behalf of my friend, and it started almost 30 minutes late with no explanation or apology. Despite that, my friend decided to apply and submitted her application on a Wednesday. The website clearly states applicants will receive a response within 48 hours—but by the following Tuesday, she had heard nothing. We tried every possible way to reach the leasing office: Phone? They never answer. Email? No reply. In person? We went during office hours, but no one was there. They claim to operate Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which is extremely inconvenient for people with full-time jobs. Wors

I requested a tour for a renovated jr studio and finally landed a schedule on Friday 10.30am with the leasing office. For this appointment, I had to move my work schedule around and took an hour off unpaid for the tour only to find out that the unit was no longer available, and the c17 unit was not ready yet. The lady in the office was surprised to find someone trying to get to the office, so I am not sure who made my appointment.. It was a complete waste of time and made me lose an earning.
