Oxford Avenue Apartments LP

I went to view this apartment during office hours and was put off by what I saw. First a tenant? let me in the building which was polite but if there is a call system in place it should be used for security purposes. The entrance of the building looks like it hadn't been swept or mopped in some time. There was trash on the floor and the smell of weed in the air. I knocked on the office door at 4:30 and called the number but no one answered. I won't be going back to check out this place.

After showin up too see this property, it took them 50 years to show me this property after I was waiting. I submitted an application with all my documentation an paid $35 dollar application fee. The apartment never told me they check for background. The leasing / management department was very unprofessional and rude. Once I explained to the leasing department I had documentation that is related to whatever she believed. She never once gave me an explanation. I know its management guideless you have to follow but its way to handle the situation professional. I am a customer who paid my application fee.She hung up on me, I dont recommend nobody living at this location. The management is bad busines.

These pictures are so deceiving!!! These buildings are disgusting!!! Rats, mice, roaches, bed bugs run these infested buildings. Leaks in apts., Dirty nasty hall ways with the stench of Mary juana lingering in the air from the moment you walk into the buildings. Fire took place three months ago in one building , and building remains unrepaired. Not to mention when you first drive into the parking area, the first thing that catches your eyes is the overwhelming flow of trash that comes out of the dumpsters where numerous families of squirrels have made their home. Why L & I has not shut this nasty inhuman place down is beyond me!!!!!

this place is no good, i lived their for 2 months and had to move. The front of the apt has so much crash and they hangout in front of the build and sell drugs. i had to go to the hospital because i was breaking out in hives. come to find out, I am allergic to roaches and this place is infested with them. Along with Rats, and bed bugs. when i moved out i lost everything in fear of taking bed bugs with me. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

I lived there 10 years the first I say 4 were good but the last 6 every year it was one thing or another drug dealers have taken over the lobby every other year street people sleeping in the basement poor Maintainence you will do better off fixing it by yourself omg and the infestation of roaches and mice the hallways are always dirty NO exaggeration NO hard feelings I stayed because I got comfortable and COVID made it hard to move because they got stricter when applying for apartments because people weren’t paying their rent
