Oxford at Tech Ridge

Excellent staff, in the time I’ve lived here I have 0 complaints on my experience with Oxford. Highly experienced staff. Maintenance was fast and professional. Pool is always clean, they often have landscapers cleaning up fallen leaves and trash. I would highly recommend Oxford at Tech ridge for your next stay.

What an amazing property and staff! Our team visited the property today and had the please sure of speaking with the Community Manager Abel in the leasing office. Abel was so kind and accommodating to our team, we could not have been more pleased with the service we received - 5 Stars!

DO NOT sign a lease to live in apartment 435. My electric bill was over $300 every summer despite following Austin utilities advice of setting it to 78 degrees during peak hours and lowering it to 75 degrees once I arrived home. After speaking with AC mechanics, I was told the problem was the AC. Despite telling the front desk that I had an outrageous bill and that it needed to be looked at, maintenance would simple tell the front desk it was working. The AC would also stop working and blow hot air, maintenance would then say the AC was fixed only for it to malfunction the next day and require another emergency request to be submitted. I would then be told that parts would need to be ordered and would be given a temporary unit for a day or 2. A simple fix would become a 3-5 day proje

I just moved into Oxford at Tech Ridge, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The leasing team made the whole process smooth and welcoming, and they were always quick to answer my questions. The apartments are clean, modern, and well-kept, with spacious layouts and nice finishes. The community is quiet, safe, and very well maintained. I also really appreciate the convenient location—close to shopping, dining, and easy access to the highway. Overall, it already feels like home, and I’m glad I chose this place. Highly recommend!

I do love this place. It’s been my home since November of 2020. I have all the room I need to live, be happy, make music, and cook. I do have one complaint: the parking. I feel it needs to be repainted to fit ALL vehicles both small and big.
