As a first time home buyer I was already unsure if purchasing was right. Because of my student loans which aren't in default my approved amount wasn't as high as I had liked. As a first time home buyer I know that I qualify for a few programs. I was working with George who was trash. Very unhelpful, very rude and short when trying to talk to him, stopped returning my calls and emails. I was never disrespectful to him or rude. And whenever I had questions I had to ask the realtor and she would ask him. He would respond to her but not me. Because the rates kept going up it kept dropping my approval amount. Mike did an amazing job leading us through our mortgage process. He helped us solve problems and gave guidance every step of the way. Mike went above board to finalize our home purchase and was available any time we needed him. Highly recommend his expertise!

So the only reason I’m giving two stars is because they did the right thing at the end and did not make me pay the appraisal fee ... so that saved y’all from 1 Star I guess . Least they could do though since I had to pay an inspection fee for nothing now . I was working with this group for over two months and was under the impression that everything was going well and we were in good shape . Well 3 days from closing I’m notified that we no longer are approved due to the fact I make my money commission based . Mind you they knew this from the start and should’ve realized it way sooner .. especially for someone who has been doing it for over 30 years .
