Overture Powers Ferry

Toured the property today for Mom and was very impressed! The facilities, their quality, the warmth of the people and selection of activities exceeded expectations. So much more than 'just an apartment'. Gwen Charles is exceptional in her position as lifestyle coordinator. She clearly loves what she does and is great at connecting with people. She made us want to live there - maybe Mom will invite us over.

I am a Realtor and I showed several clients properties at Overture Powers Ferry. The facility is lovely with wonderful amenities and very friendly residents. From my perspective, Tatyana, the Overture representative, was terrific. She was very knowlegeable, professional, friendly, and respectful to my client's feelings and situation. Tatyana went out of her way to guide us around, explain in detail the working of the property, and even welcoming my client to spend a couple nights in a guest suite to get a feeling for life in the community. This how to show and market a property for perspective residents.

January will be 2 years that we left Florida after 40 years and moved to Atlanta to be closer to our children and grandchildren. We are SO glad we found Overture Powers Ferry. It is a more than just a place to live….its a Community that has become our second family. Love that I can play mahjong and canasta and not only participate in programs, but be involved in planning them with support of the Management Team. Happy we made the right decision!

The staff, Tatiana, LaVaughn and Tamari’s have all been extremely helpful. They are all knowledgeable,respectful and polite. I am 79 years old and they have been very helpful and very patient. I highly recommend this Apartment for anyone 55 or above! Great facility, great location and great staff!

Made us wait 30+ minutes past our scheduled time for a tour. My mom drove 45 minutes down here and now has to drive home with no tour. Insulting. Waste of time.
