Overlooke at Simms Creek Apartments

Thanks, Overlooke. My move-in was great. I just wanted to thank every staff member who made my move smooth. Teresa means well, but she does not speak for me. My mom, I love living at Overlooke May 2026. It will be 6 years. Love my unit. Every place is not for everyone, but apartment living is a give-and-take in a large community. If there's anything that I don't do, it's put my personal things online; also, some things are not true, taken as a misunderstanding.

I had an exceptional experience working with Teryn as my leasing agent. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Her professionalism, patience, and extensive knowledge were evident in every interaction. Teryn took the time to address all of my questions and provided clear guidance at every step. I truly appreciate her dedication and outstanding service.

My mom stays here and they have switched management companies about seven times at least six in the past five years if you’re looking for a place to stay where you’re not concerned about safety where you’re not concerned about noise well you’re not concerned about marijuana smell if you’re not concerned about having to deal with management who continuously takes the rent and then state that they do not have it until you produce the receipts and then it magically appears again. The people in the office are very nice, but there is a lot going on here that I don’t think anyone should have to deal with things are not getting fixed even though they have on site maintenance. Some things don’t need to be fixed. I just need to be replaced patch work for some things that are just following apart is

The big light cover was not removed and cleaned. That was the main item that needs attention to detail but was not done. As I stated in my maintenance request, the light lacks the proper brightness because of the all of the dead bugs inside of it. They should come back to make sure that the cover is removed and cleaned.

My current, ongoing concern is the smell of whatever my neighbors are smoking coming through the ac/heating vents and bathroom sink cabinets into our apartment. The smell is nauseating and annoying.
