Overlook on Prospect

nice apartments! no amenities for the price, and they’ll take unnecessary charges off of your security deposit. was given a discolored shower upon move in and charged $50 for an “excessively dirty shower” that was scrubbed weekly. just another big corporation that will do anything to get money out of you

Only spent six months in Milwaukee due to my boyfriends job relocation, but I am so happy we chose to spend those months at the Overlook! What initially drew us in was the perfect East Side location a block away from Whole Foods and steps from restaurants, bars and more. The apartments are updated, spacious and QUIET. The residents are kind and the management team is friendly and communicative. They go above and beyond for their residents. Cameron, the property manager, even offered to look after our cats while we were going to be traveling home for the holidays. I would highly recommend living at the Overlook!

We absolutely love living at the overlook. We have lived in two separate units in the building and have thoroughly enjoyed them both. The units are spacious with updated appliances, high quality finishes, and great balconies with wonderful views of the city and Lake Michigan. The surrounding neighborhood is also incredible with countless bars and restaurants within steps from the building. Cameron and the whole team at the overlook are terrific. Cameron is extremely responsive, approachable, and eager to help as is Timothy who is head of maintenance. We highly recommend the overlook!

I moved into the Overlook on Prospect during the summer of 2016. I am so glad that I did and definitely would recommend the luxury apartments to anyone. The building is in an absolutely prime location in the Lower East Side close to banks, bars, museums, grocery, movie theaters the lake and much more. The building is always very clean due to Timothy and his hard working staff. The building is very safe and am I glad to call The Overlook home. Cameron is always very friendly and helpful, you can tell tell that the Overlook is good to its residence, as well as it employees. Look not further for the the premier living arraignments in Milwaukee!

Having lived at Overlook on Prospect since moving to Milwaukee in mid-2017, I would highly recommend it if looking for downtown living! The Lower East Side is a great area that is rapidly growing with new restaurants and social outing options (and Lake Michigan is easily walkable). Cameron and the rest of the management team are also very helpful, having gone above and beyond when asked (i.e. keeping an eye on my apartment and pet when I have to travel). While there isn't an onsite gym, discounted partnerships with walkable Anytime Fitness and Yoga Six are a plus. Be sure to check this place out!
