Overlook at Radius Dilworth Apartments & Penthouses

Been living here for almost 3 months. Moved from a MAA building across the st to here. Best decision of my life. Waking up to the wonderful view every morning is the icing on the cake. Staff and maintenance attentive 24/7. I have yet to have an issue that hasn’t been resolved same day or within 24 hours. Valet trash is a dream. Neighbors are extremely nice. Community events every week. I asked for a coffee maker in the lounge area and it was there by the end of the week. I have no complaints at all. WiFi comes included and my utility bills are much cheaper at the end of the month when compared to the other buildings I was living in. It is a bit pricey but if you’re going to live in the area and want a true luxury experience it is worth the price.

I moved in 3 days ago and feel like this has been home forever. Jenna was fabulous when I toured the apartments.The concierge Lenny and Kirkland have been extremely helpful. I love my apartment and the building is kept so clean. I am very happy I decided to move to Radius Overlook in Dilworth.

Jenna was amazing during my tour of the high-rise apartments. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and really took her time walking me through all the amenities and floor plan options. She answered every question clearly and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Her positive energy truly made the property stand out. Highly recommend touring with her!

⭐ 1 Star Review This complex is extremely overpriced for what you actually get. The apartments may look nice at first glance, but it quickly becomes obvious they are cheaply built and poorly maintained. Things are constantly breaking, and it feels like there is always something not working properly. The noise level is also out of control. You can hear everything. Constant stomping from upstairs, loud music, and people being disruptive at all hours. The building clearly is not insulated well, and it does not feel like management enforces any type of quiet hours. The WiFi situation is one of the biggest issues. You are required to use the White Sky WiFi they provide, and it is either incredibly slow or completely not working. If you work from home or rely on internet for anything, good lu
