Overlook At Gwinnett Stadium

My fiancé and I have lived here since January 2024 and have had a great experience. The property manager is amazing and the maintenance team is always quick and helpful whenever we request something. It’s a quiet, great area and we will continue to live here.

My husband and I have lived here for about a month now and it’s been great. From the initial tour to the application process to move in and even after we’ve been very pleased and felt taken care of. Any maintenance requests are addressed almost immediately. Our unit is in a nice quiet area with beautiful views. Our apartment is clean very spacious and comfortable. Tara has been a huge help from the beginning answering any questions we had and checking on us after moving in. She seemed to genuinely care about our experience and for that I’m grateful. We often talk about how different and better our experience here has been compared to our experience at our previous residence. Thank you Tara and Overlook team!

I moved in here two months ago and like this place. The apartments are good, quiet, and peaceful. Bonnie alway support us hold time from planning to moving in. She is kindly and quickly to support. The maintenance are so kind too. Nice place to move-in.

I've lived here 3 years and mostly I enjoy the place. It's clean and everyone is nice but if you enjoy working out do NOT move in here. The stairmaster has been broken for over 6 months and I keep getting told they are getting quotes or not replacing it. The leg press machine is also broken. I find it hard that they can not get budget to fix the machines when rent is already high. Also, the gate tends to be broken. I understand they have to wait for assistance to fix the gate like most communities but it is alwaysssss broken.

I’ve lived here now for nearly 6 months and have largely enjoyed it. Maintenance request are always answered promptly (by the next day). Emails are answered generally within about 30 minutes. I haven’t had any real issues since I’ve been here. It’s a beautiful complex and well landscaped. It’s quiet 95% of the time. My daughter is obsessed with the pool and went every single day this summer and spent the entire day out there. I haven't had a chance to use the gym as of yet but it is always clean and the machines seem to work (people use them). I went through the entire leasing process in the midst of the pandemic and have yet to meet anybody in the front office face to face and yet it was truly a seamless process. The valet trash is a must and I love the way they manage it. The apartments
