Overlook at Flanders Apartment Homes

This apartment complex is an absolute joke - Steer clear from here. The maintenance is absolutely atrocious, and you will be left without heat during snowstorms and winter months, only for them to finally come repair it at the beginning of Spring. Furthermore, once you end your lease, they will claim that you damaged blinds or other sorts, even though the apartment was left in pristine condition, better than when you entered it. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to rent. I attached pictures of what our front entryway would often look like each winter, as well as the washer and dryer machines after they were worked on and never fixed by the maintenance staff. So we just moved into these apartments. There weren’t any issues and are happy that they are so nice and very quiet .My only complaint is that I called in for a tech to set up the internet for me and my wife. He came in professionally and tried to help me, but there was an issue with the connection. The tech needed to go down to the basement so I called for maintenance to give us access to the basement. The first time, we were waiting for maintenance to show up to the apartment so they can help me and the tech. I received a text stating the order was already completed, but no one showed up to my door or even knocked, so I called again and they said someone was there but you weren’t there. Hello, I wanted to share my experience with Ms. Liz Cino. She is a very caring, kind, and very attentive and committed to her clients. I needed to move in sooner, and she did everything possible to help me, thanks Ms Liz for you excellent work. I am currently moving in without any problems or inconveniences. I also want to mention that Mr. Ian, one of the complex managers who handles apartment repairs, he was very helpful and assisted me with a few minor things that needed attention, They weren't anything major, but I am very grateful for everything and very happy to be part of this great community.

I lived at Overlook for five years, and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. It’s a very comfortable and well-maintained community, and the staff have always been extremely kind and helpful. I especially want to thank Elizabeth. She helped me a lot when I first moved in, and she was just as supportive and professional during my move-out process. What really touched me was that she still remembered me after five years. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made a big difference. I am moving out now because I purchased a home, but I would absolutely recommend Overlook to my friends and anyone looking for a great place to live. Thank you for the great memories over the years! We have been having heating issues over the past few weeks and they have responded immediately to our needs. Your company should be proud of their hard work. It goes unnoticed far too many times.
