I can honestly say this has been one of the best living experiences I’ve had, and that’s largely because of the incredible community manager. Their warm communication style and genuine care for residents truly stand out. They are always quick to respond to maintenance requests and handle concerns with urgency and efficiency. It’s refreshing to have a property manager who not only understands the needs of their residents but actively works to resolve issues promptly and professionally. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well managed community. This is by far one of the best places I’ve lived. I feel secure, heard, and valued as a resident. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

Lateea is one of those rare community managers who truly understands people. She makes every member feel seen, supported, and excited to participate. Her incredibly organized, responsive, and proactive — always anticipating needs before they arise. I am writing this review based on my experience as a former resident of The Bend at 4800. My time living here was extremely frustrating and unsafe due to ongoing issues that were never properly addressed. From the first months of my lease, my apartment had persistent mold, recurring bug problems, and maintenance concerns that were constantly ignored. Work orders were frequently closed without anyone actually coming to fix the issue. On several occasions, the maintenance supervisor, Brandon, stated he would come by and never showed. When he did come, the repairs were rushed or incomplete. I dealt with a leaking ceiling, damaged cabinetry, and other issues that were never resolved. The maintenance here is terrible. They do what they want, when they want — not when they’re supposed to. You would think with how much these apartments cost, they’d have reliable maintenance workers, but that’s not the case. I’ve been asking for my window screen to be fixed for over a year, and it still hasn’t been done. Management keeps saying they’ll take care of it, but nothing ever happens. It’s really disappointing.
