I have had dealings with Marea Stinett of Overland reality for a number of years and the last one was particularly challenging as there were so many pre sale repairs and requisites that were required.I was not personally able to attend to them as I am not local. Marea stepped up to the plate and undertook and supervised all of it and proceeded to market the property for a quick sale. I have other properties in Anza that I may want to sell in the future and I would use Marea exclusively without any hesitation. Straight forward and gets it done. Rapid communication and goes the extra mile. Marea is direct with information but does not pressure the client into making a decision. She was the selling agent for a home we purchased. We were so impressed with her performance that we had her represent us when selling that same home.

Having dealt with several other real estate agents over the years I can highly recommend Marea Stinnett. Our rural community is unique in many ways and listing with a local agent was very important. But how did I pick Marea? Her signs were bright orange and more visible than those of other real estate companies, but still there was a chance that she'd be a ho hum agent just doing her job. But NO! She's knowledgeable about the area, clearly enjoys her work and has been doing it for a really long time. But the best part is that she "got me". She got my sense of humor. We worked very well together and if I had another house to sell I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
