Outrigger Village Apartments

I’ve really been enjoying my experience here so far. The apartment is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and everything has been peaceful. Sabrina at the front desk was amazing — she explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made the process easy and stress-free. You can tell she actually cares about helping residents. So far, I’m very happy living here.

ROACHES & more roaches everyday. Just moved in & it is a horror movie. You’d think for the price they would treat apartments before having people move in.This is My worst nightmare as someone who is heavily allergic to bugs. I KNOW this is a problem within the walls of the building. Hoping management will do something about it ASAP. I never leave bad reviews but this is so stressful. This is not worth the headache. -Update management is working on helping me will update in 2 weeks- 10/24/25 update- management provided 2 pest control treatments, i had one of my own as well with Massey & i also used Advion roach gel from amazon and ortho powder, FINALLY i haven’t seen not one roach in about a week. living here has been super peaceful, if you’re trying to find your first apartment, this is definitely the place

Then they need to change the paint job on the complex it's so depressing. Is very quiet I was living there almost 5 years the color of the complex needs to go. Well no longer live here..👋

I rented here they didn’t tell me The dumpster was in front . Every day people throw garbage in front of my apartment. I don’t recommend this place at all
