I’ve been living here for almost a year and honestly don’t want to leave. From the first week, this place felt like home. My room is cozy, the building is always clean, and the people here have become more like friends than neighbors. I can walk to my favorite coffee shop, the park, and the subway in just a few minutes. Even on busy days, coming back here feels relaxing and safe. It’s rare to find a place in the city that feels this welcoming, and I know I’ll miss it a lot when it’s time to move on.

I’ve been staying here, and it’s honestly exceeded my expectations. I wanted a quiet spot, but still close to some good coffee shops for when I need a change of pace - and this place hits the mark. The vibe is relaxed yet creative, which suits me perfectly. Overall, everything’s gone really smoothly.

The bathrooms are filthy. They only ever clean the sink and toilets, while leaving years worth of hair and dirt caked onto the floor, and the showers are full of mildew and have insects crawling around them.

Valmir was an amazing host! He was attentive to all my needs and made my stay wonderful.
