Out of service

I want to apologize to Mr. Becker. For my post. Mr. Becker did his job and I am grateful. I understand he was away for weeks and couldn't return a call text ect. He finally did and for that I am sincerely sorry for posting anything negative about the man and his company. If he was in Atlanta I would use him.

We met Ed at the house for both a home inspection and a sewer line scope. He asked if he could come back a few days later to do the sewer line scope instead of doing both at our scheduled time. I paid for both services and we never heard back from him. He took the money, didn't provide the service we paid for, and is now refusing to answer our phone calls or emails.
