Osprey Lofts

I almost didn’t post this review because I want to gate keep this place. I loved my time here. SO MUCH natural light in every corner of this apartment, great price for 2br/2ba. after natural light, I would say maintenance was the best thing about Osprey. The guys are quick to respond, and always get the job done. These units are all unique layouts, the concrete floors are a little funky- small staining, uneven areas where pillars used to be, but nothing prevented me from setting up the way I wanted. The large LV windows do not open, but the fan in the room will put in the work! Neighbors here are all so kind, and I never had any issue with package theft. Minimal sightings of bugs, mainly spiders. Great parking, great neighborhood. 10/10.

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment community. I have been beyond impressed with the quality of the apartments, amenities, and, most of all, the exceptional service. What truly sets this place apart is the superior maintenance team, with a shout out to Lee. Whether it's a minor fix or a bigger issue, it is handled with efficiency and the most friendly attitude. This kind of dedication and skill is rare. Their hard work makes living here a stress-free experience. The management team is always courteous, communicative, and willing to help. Five stars all the way around!!!!!

Very pleasant experience the Sr. Property manager Laurie Cassidy was my tour guide I originally went to see a totally different option which was great but more so with someone who was looking for more bedroom space -- and she quickly took me over to this location I was shocked how I never heard of this smaller community! The apartment Laura found for me was spacious and homey and I am super excited! Osprey has a really quiet inside, and cute upper Scotts Addition city aesthetic to it, you get a really good rate! The assistant property manager Casey Dunn also offered me excellent care when Laurie was out of the office for the day! Both ladies make a perfect duo!
