Two wonderful great employees, Lindsay and JULIAN who is took the time out for several weeks to help me take care of pet screening. I believe they make this place a wonderful place to live. They have dedicated numerous hours and I am just one person that lives here . But the pet screening here is terrible. I’ve lived here over a year with the same pets and the pet screening was ridiculous they really need to evaluate their pet screening but besides that I absolutely wanna say Lindsey and JULIAN we’re a wonderful help to me and I want to thank them so much and I want to thank Mr. G for all that he does, but I would like this complex to evaluate the third-party pet screening. doctors write notes for reasons and your third-party is a nightmare, which makes it a hard place to live. I recently moved from Colorado and signed a lease at Osprey Cove South Apartments before seeing the unit in person. The online listing showed a clean, simple, and beautifully updated apartment, which seemed perfect for affordable living. Unfortunately, the apartment I was given at move-in looked nothing like what was advertised. Upon arriving, I discovered significant mold issues throughout the unit. After spending just one night there, both I and my partner experienced symptoms consistent with mold exposure, and it quickly became clear that the apartment was not safe or suitable for living. Yeah right look at all this messed up stuff that this apartment complex a there maintenance think’s is OKAY. Btw where also paying for a pool WE CAN NOT EVEN USE ! For anyone curious about this apartment complex, they are falsely advertising new units on their website. What they failed to mention was that the units online are the more expensive PREMIUM apartments. Every other unit only has minor updates and the pictures on their website do not reflect what I got at all. The pictures I took were taken the day after I got my keys. I was not offered a chance to walk through my unit before receiving keys (I should have known something was wrong then). When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told "Well, I walked you through one of the non-renovated units and told you what updates were going to be made, this is your fault for not understanding". What she failed to mention was that these were the ONLY updates that were made. There are teeth marks

Worst place I’ve ever lived. This place IS TERRIBLE. If you need to wash your clothes! Think twice! 9/10 they’re broken or being used. 4 washers and 4 dryers for well over 100 people.
