The apartments themselves are very affordable and spacious. The renter Mrs. Angela worked with me personally and secured me a suite I didnt think I had time to get! Not only was she attentive honest and patient she is definitely understanding of situations and predicaments you're having and will definitely work with you through them if you decide you want to stay. Any discrepancies we've had or concerns brought up to Angela she's gotten her workers to fix and maintain. I definitely recommend checking it out.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I lived there from September 2024 to November 2025. Throughout our time there we had many issues with the plumbing in our bathtub causing it to constantly flood and limit our shower time. Our heating system never functioned regardless of the numerous times we informed the office. Even in Jan. 2025 when the snow hit we were relying on 2 small heaters to keep me , my husband and our two young children warm. However aside from that my main problem has been the fact that I over paid $1,000 in rent and they have yet to send me my refund check that Mrs.Angelia told me we would receive. Every time I try to speak with someone higher up she says that there is no one else higher than her so in other words I’m screwed. I have spoken to other neighbors

Miss Angelia and Miss Dajanee have been so welcoming and understanding. They are both well versed in their leasing skills. I can promise you they will help you out with your move in process. They are super quick on answering as well!! It’s been a breeze moving in 😊

This is a great place. Staff is hospitable, Transparent, and honest. They helped us get into a place stress free. Apartments spacious and well kept!

Angelia was so helpful through the entire process. She got back to us quickly and answered all of our questions and was delightful to work with. One of the easiest apartments I’ve ever applied to.
