I love living here! I’ve been here since 2020 Stunning building clean and very attentive staff Nick and Peter are the best. Management is quick and responsive. Full of dog lovers too

I’ve been living in this building for six years, and it’s still one of the best places I’ve ever called home. The concierge/front desk team have been incredible since day one and truly some of the coolest and most genuine people I’ve met. Shoutout to Peter for being the absolute coolest, and to Nick who proudly holds the title of second coolest (he knows why he's in second place) and all the other great guys who tend the front desk! The maintenance team is also top-notch. They're super responsive and quick to resolve any issues. I just renewed my lease again, which says a lot. The building recently switched to new management, and while I do miss the shuttle service (it used to get me to work every day), everything else has remained great so far.

My daughter and i experienced our first movie night at the lounge in the Oskar building . And i must say im happy we came the space is beautiful and we felt at home everyone was welcoming . Also, Gabriella made our night extra special by accommodating my daughters food allergy because the snacks that were provided would've interfered with her allergies . This was amazing looking forward to the next movie next soon .

I've lived at the Oskar for 5 years now and absolutely love it. The staff is great, especially Peter and Andi. They go out of their way to assist, all while smiling and giving positive vibes.

This has been, hands down, the most frustrating leasing experience I’ve ever had. During the initial tour, there was barely any explanation or guidance provided. I emailed at least three times with no response. I even went back in person to the front desk, got a different business card, and tried reaching out to a new email address — still nothing. My husband also submitted a request via their official website, but again, we received no reply. In total, we sent no fewer than seven emails to two different addresses, and not once did anyone bother to respond. It felt incredibly disrespectful and dismissive.
