Worst landlord I have ever had. Was incredibly nice all the way up until we signed the lease. Once lease was signed he was very unresponsive and did not fix half the things he said he would. Even no showed meetings we had setup. Kicked us out of home during winter claiming he had to sell the house only to find out a new tenant moved in.

Oscar is amazing. He helped me to get my first house and has been nothing but helpful since. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and hard-working. He has your back and will continue to help you after you purchase a house. I cannot recommend him enough.
