This is my first apartment, and it’s been such a great experience. The team is always friendly, responsive, and I feel they genuinely care about the residents. Mishell, Devounta, and Derrick are always helpful and welcoming whenever I stop by the office. Obed and Winfield do an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The property is well maintained, communication is great, and it truly feels like home. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. My mom has lived on this property for several years, and for a long time she was paying rent without really getting much in return—amenities weren’t available, work orders weren’t being completed, and some of the staff interactions were unpleasant.Over the past year, that has completely changed. The current staff has made a noticeable difference. They’re kind, professional, and actually follow through. Mishell and Devounta have been great. The maintenance team, especially Obed, is respectful and gets things fixed correctly the first time. The property itself looks better than it ever has. It’s clean, well-kept, and finally feels like a great place to live. Big improvement overall, keep it up y'all!

The maintenance team is very attentive and understanding. Obed always responds in a timely manner and has a very positive perspective on every job he’s completing. He trains the other techs well and is very competent, capable and proficient in his role. He’s responsive and communicated with me through every process. He’s an exceptional asset to the team and I appreciate him :)

I am home! From the family style atmosphere, to the location, and security of the property, I just may never leave this place. From the moment I stepped foot into the leasing office, I was greeted with love. You can't find that hardly anywhere nowadays. Thanks to Mishell (Manager), Derrick (Assistant Manager), Devounta (Leasing Consultant), Obed (Maintenance Supervisor) , Winfield (Maintenance Tech) for making my apartment feel like home and welcoming my family with open arms! My boys are very happy to be here and so am I. I'll spread the word, but only to those who won't change the atmosphere here.

The management team we have now has been the best thus far. Since the arrival of Mishell Devounta Obed And Field this property has been changed tremendously. A year ago I was ready to leave and now I don’t see myself leaving. Property is so clean, My work orders get taken care of and are done right the first time. The gate works, we have events, and community gatherings! Not to mention the outreach that came to the community this year for the holidays and gave out food and coats for the winter. This is the best it’s been. Keep It Up!
