The property is ran down and unkempt. The tenants are loud and disruptive to other residents. The parking lot in basically inaccessible for a vehicle larger than a small sedan. Not to mention littered with trash and crawling with alley cats! I wouldn't rent here again.
Good area to stay sense it's around a lot of shops, gas stations, and fast food places. On the other hand, it is just very dirty
