I called about a listing in my area as soon as the sign went up. I had to leave a message with someone, because the realtor was out of the office. I gave my information and emphasized that I was interested in buying. Several days passed and I did not receive a call back. I reached out once again, because I did not want to miss this opportunity. Again, I left a message with someone. She informed me that she had also followed up with our last phone call and the realtor still did not have a chance to get back to me. Finally just a little while ago (Saturday, 12/11/21, 11:30 AM) I received a call: 1.) “ Hello this is Eric XXX with O’Rourke Realty. I’m returning your call in regards to a listing on XXX street.” 2.) “ Hi Eric thank you for getting back to me!”.... *** Awkward silence*** 2.) “.

I spoke with Sarah about a house on lake st in Bristol NH, Her refusal to help me buy this property was astonishing. She would not get back to me nor would be any help at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this realty sham company at all. I intend to follow up with this, Something was clearly going on. Like other reviews i have seen- I would love to leave a lower feedback score.

Couldn't even get a call, text or email back. Today realtors have there cell phones glued to there hands. They can reply on the way to from or during a showing an acknowledgment that they will get back to you. This agency has no one that answers the phone and it says it will get back to you in 24 hours, in this market that's a joke !!! Please go else where, Sarah will not return your message or get back to you. Zero STARS

This is the top Real Estate company in the Lincoln Woodstock market. They are great to deal with. They know this market, and have a great team of realtors. Highly suggested company!

I would leave a zero if I could. I contacted the agency by email and phone and was given very little help and not called back.
