Orlando Terrace

I’ve been living here since 2018, and have had good and bad experiences with past management, however; since the new management took over they have been very responsive if I report any issues or concerns. Justin is very professional and courteous, and addresses whatever concerns or issues reported to him. This is the kind of management that was needed over the years.

Personally, I've never had an issue with a neighbor, never had an issue with management, never had an issue with the kids that play outside, and I've been living here for almost a year now. Honestly I can't complain. The management have been super easy to work with and really understanding. Maintenance has also been very responsive since the change in management. A good indicator of a safe place to live is the fact that there's kids playing outside, and this neighborhood is full of life.

I’ve been living at Orlando Terrace Apartments for about 2–3 months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The community is super peaceful and quiet, which makes it a great place to come home to after a long day. It’s been really easy to settle in and feel comfortable here. Any time there’s a small issue, maintenance handles it right away, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that the staff cares and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. It’s also a very family-friendly place, with a safe and welcoming vibe all around. The neighbors are respectful, and the whole community just feels calm and laid-back. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and well-managed place to live, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out!

it’ it’s very quiet here, and a good unit for the price. All the neighbors or other polite or keep to themselves. And they have digital washers and dryers. Use the app though.

the maintenance here is trash. i’ve only lived here for 10 months & the AC has broke about 6 times & 3 out of the 6 times, we had to go overnight with no AC. cars here get broken into because there is no security whatsoever at night. the new guy in the front office is super dismissive about problems that are being told to him as well. i’d say if you can, don’t move here.
