I owned a property in Madison at Metrowest for more than 15 years, and sold it very recently. For most of that time, Marc and his team managed my condo. They were fantastic through all elements of the process: finding tenants, managing the admin, organising repairs and maintenance, and finally selling the unit. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond. Even though I live outside of Florida, they made everything simple and painless. I can't recommend them highly enough.

If you looking for non responsive, no curtsy to return a call, no professionalism management property, this is the one! , when I spoke with Marc after he didn’t leave me a message when he finely called me back, I was surprised to hear the method of their tenant qualification and was pleased to know that he was willing to come to check the property for the rent aspect before determine the potential rent amount. After he came, he didn’t have the decency to call me back to let me know his opinion of the rent amount or inside condition. I was surprised to found out through my agent, that he claimed that he didn’t have my phone number, after he already called me back before. And told him that he’ll not take on the management for this property. Didn’t have the curtsy to let me know why or make

It doesn't surprise me no one in the office has never heard of me, I could barely get my name out before being hung up on! I called yesterday to ask a question, dialed the extension on Google and the man who answered quickly told me I called the wrong place. He didn't let me finish a sentence, I spoke only a few words before I was told to call the main line. He hung up on me. He didn't care what I was calling about and was very rude. Do better.
