Orion McKinney Apartments

I absolutely adore the Orion McKinney Apartments! To start off, the staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely so accommodating. Questions and requests are answered quickly, and every interaction feels welcoming. It’s clear they truly care about residents and want everyone to feel comfortable and supported. The apartments are clean, updated, well maintained, and are comfortable. Everything feels fresh and taken care of, which makes a big difference and easy to feel at home. The community as a whole is also beautiful and well kept. I really love he brick exterior that really makes it feel like a home that you can grow with. Overall, I can’t recommend this community enough!

Such a nice and clean property. I came a few weeks ago and was shown apartments that were vacant, not staged with furniture to look perfect, and they were super clean and absolutely beautiful. I noticed that right off as some of the complexes I have looked at show me apartments that look very bad. I love the fact some of them have an attached garage! The property has a nice clubhouse and pools. The prices are awesome for this area. Also, they don’t have community fees that are outrageous. The community fees were only like 40 dollars which is the lowest I have seen in this area. I also like that it is gated. The best part of the property is hands down the front office people. I am Selvin Lopez, I moved to this community in McKinney three months ago and so far the experience has been very positive. The community is well maintained and the office personnel with miss Flower and her staff being friendly and profesdional. The maintenance crew always doing their best to correct any issues with the units. I would recommend this place to fiends and family!

After living here for 5 months I might be even happier than when I first moved in. I've worked a lot with both Wendy and Valeria from the leasing office. They have both been kind, understanding, and resourceful. Wendy helped me get into my apartment, despite my very challenging life circumstances. As a just-divorced housewife who hadn't worked in a few years it was very difficult to establish my financial readiness even with a divorce settlement. Never let a roadblock stop her. Valeria was beyond helpful in getting my mother into her unit a couple months later, who also had some tricky circumstances to navigate. I moved my mother into the complex because she's getting older and is deisabled. She has a hard time taking care of herself. I figured this would be a good way to help her keep her

Our stay here at Orion McKinney has been pleasing & pleasant thus far! My hubby & I really like our spacious townhome unit! Before the move-in, Wendy was amazing- going above and beyond- answering every question, meeting each request- to make sure our unit was move-in ready! Timmy played a part as well, thanks for stepping in when Wendy was out! We've had a few small maintenance issues, but they were addressed expeditiously... the maintenance team has been great!
