I never really review any of the places I've resided, but this one deserves one. I've been living here almost two years (at 4848 Reading Road) before I was evicted. I will say, on my end? I could have communicated better. I was going through a lot at the time and allowed my pride and clouded mind, to put me in a very bitter and awkward position with these good folks. They have been known to be patient and understanding with their tenants, as long as you communicate and hold up to your end of the deal. The communication is where I failed. The rent was very reasonable, and if something needed to be fixed, they would schedule a maintenance order and follow through with their word on taking care of the problem. Do not and I repeat do not move here!!! When you first sign the lease they inform you and have you sign a form that they don’t treat for bed bugs to cover themselves. I was there for 4 months and low and behold bed bugs were in my apartment. Never had them in my life. I notified the office and they told me I bought them in. LIES!! I did some research and spoke to neighbors that had them as well. The entire complex is infested with them. Once I gave them that information they let me out my lease without penalty because they knew they were wrong and I was about to take legal action. They are scammers and liars. That apartment had a whole lot of other issues. Run far as you can from this place!!!!!

Great people. I have lived in one of their locations for several years and they are great. I prolly would not have been able to get a place without them. They gave me a chance. And that’s a blessing

Giving 2 stars because it's beautiful when it's CLEAN!!! Lived on the 3rd floor and there was mood/mildew in all of my rooms. HORRIBLE! Never came to fix it unless we didn't pay rent or called the health department!

I had mildew in my apartment for months . I called the office to put in orders and went months without no fix then was told that the maintenance man quit and the order was never completed . I sent an email with my 30 day notice they apparently never got it but still no reply from the forward email I sent of the original email , So I lost my deposit . I wish I could post pictures of this apartment but never tf again
