Origin Circle at Kindred

I would really like more information about this property but no one ever answers or returns phone calls or emails. I tried calling each number listed on different websites and always come up short. I even called the number listed on their senior property site and it was someone’s cell number who isn’t even associated with them. I accidentally woke them up out of their sleep. I popped up one day to the complex and the property consultant, Jasmine was nice.. unfortunately though, i never heard back from her either. communication has been non existent and it’s so unprofessional. They also need more pictures of the units along with floor plans added to their site. I really want to live here so I’m extremely disappointed.

The apartment staff here is fantastic, especially Marlon! Marlon has been incredibly helpful with paperwork! He guided me through the leasing process seamlessly, patiently explaining any documents and requirements. Jazmin and Abby excel at responding to emails swiftly! Their prompt replies demonstrate their dedication to resident satisfaction and efficient communication. My overall experience at Origin Circle was great From the time I applied until living here for 1 month. Marlon has been extremely amazing and supportive with keeping me informed on any changes and updates. The ladies in the office has been very professional and helpful with all questions and concerns. I appreciate Marlon and staff for all their hard work.

The apartments are very nice, my daughter-in-law lives here. Only thing she said she did not like was some neighborhoods are noisy. She also said the car garage parking was terrible, it's hard to get a parking space

I have no real complaints about this property. I was given a unit that did not have a balcony at first but I asked if it were possible to switch to one that has one and it was. This is a brand new complex so if anything minor things need to be tweaked and they are still working. I love my unit, the community managers and leasing consultant.
