Oriental Warehouse Lofts

Love it. The amazingly high ceilings, exposed brick, mass timber beams. The historical architecture is hard to beat. The building is very quiet, safe, and my neighbours are wonderful.

This is a miserable place. It is very close to the bridge and poorly insulated, so you can hear traffic during the day and night, even with your windows closed. The elevator is incredibly slow, to the point that there is no way for you to be slower than the stairs, no matter how slow you walk or even if the elevator is already on your floor. The A/Cs in multiple units have broken down and are difficult to fix, with handymen having to come by multiple times, due to poor construction, and the units get incredibly hot in the summer. For the price, you're much better off with another building.

These are residential lofts in a really old warehouse building. The shell of the old building still exists around the interior which consists of a set of trendy lofts. Great location, easy to get anywhere.

Very clean quiet in the elbow of the City. I could live here.
