My experience with this property management company has been extremely disappointing. The leasing agent and manager were unprofessional and unresponsive, rarely answering emails or calls on time. It felt like their priority was making money, not helping future tenants. The leasing agent made several false promises saying she would work with me and provided misleading information in during the tours. Even though my payment was on its way, they caused unnecessary delays. When I called to clarify, the leasing agent was rude, defensive, and even hung up on me. Follow-up communication was just as unprofessional. To make matters worse, the manager terminated my lease before discussing the matter, even though my payment was scheduled to be processed that day. This happened without fair notice,

I have known and worked with Janie and Jon at Orens Bros for over 10 years. They always did right by me and are very knowledgeable about Center City properties. They have some great buildings they’ve developed and strike a nice balance between keeping it real and total professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Orens Bros as rental or sales agents. Janie and Leah represented me personally- they found me a great tenant and marketed the unit well. Outstanding attention to detail, totally honest and great follow up...also, they were always available and in touch. Just call them...you won’t be disappointed.

Short version: We were basically scammed into an apartment that was different than the apartment we signed a lease for! We were treated unfairly and were never apologized to for the HUGE mistake the Orens Brothers made. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking to rent or own. There are better options out there, we found one (because we had to) in less than a day that is way nicer, way more affordable, and has a landlord that actually cares about us. Long version: Our experience with the Orens Brothers was AWFUL and by far the worst experience I have ever had with any leasing / real estate company.
