Orenda at Othello Square

Orenda at Othello has been our favorite place we’ve lived! The staff make the building feel special — Claudia, Aimee, and Sette are especially kind and welcoming. They make the building fun, host thoughtful activities, and are always so sweet to our kids, who love seeing them. The amenities are great — the gym has everything you need, the lounge is great for working from home, and the views are the best. Having the elementary school right next door, along with Odessa Brown, makes the neighborhood feel safe and community oriented. Thank you to everyone at Orenda for making it a great place to live!

Woooww!! I am super excited, happy and proud to be moving into my new community home building at Orenda. Cladia was such a great professional help by giving me a tour of the building and its amenities. My favorite part of the tour was the clean Gym and rooftop with working grill and flat top that I'm excited to use. I also loved the cleanliness of the outdoor doggy area and lobby area. Claudia was also very kind and patient with helping me move into my new home and making sure my move in process was an easy stress-free one knowing how as I had explained to her my current living situation and she took it in her hands to make my move as quickly and smoothly as possible. I walked in today to tour their two bedroom options and was helped by Claudia. She was not only helpful and informative about my options and the process but was she was super friendly and had great energy. I had been keeping an eye on this property and hope to be able to move in around September. The home I toured was almost new it didn’t seemed to have been lived in before and the lobby was cleaned and smelled nice. I look forward to selecting my new home here.
