Purchased a home from them last year. We were told the home would be ready in three weeks. Six weeks later, when we closed on our other home we had no place to live. The Builder had not obtained the proper permits including the occupancy permit for us to move in. He declined to mention this information to us. There was a list of at least 18 items for the Builder to complete when we moved in. A year later, we are still finding issues. Among those issues were: -plumbing leaks in several locations. Over a week to be corrected. -several areas still have yet to be painted a year later. This includes several doors. -House was never cleaned prior to our move in. We're still cleaning dust and grime up from contractors. -Proper gutter drains were not installed on house. We've had a severe eros
