Beautiful apts by the pics and the community looks like its going to be really nice when its finished. Im really interested in leasing here. Ive been trying to reach someone for a while but i cant reach anyone in the office except vm. Ive left messages and sent emails. I did hear that its easier to reach someone if youre a resident

What I'm giving five stars on is the beauty, tranquility, aviance of this complex. Unfortunately when I went to this complex to inquire about vacancies that had been posted on several reputable apartment websites I was informed it was a scam. That orchid lake had no vacant apartments that in fact they have a waiting list of almost a year

I was outside and nobody came out. I think it's very wrong of them that none of their team came out to ask us what we needed.

This place must be by invitation only. Office is always closed. The number listed connects you to a call center who can’t provide any assistance. No way to apply online
