I have lived here twice over the years and I have had a wonderful experience each time! Carol, the office manager, is so quick in response and so accommodating with everything! Carol and the maintenance staff are so communicative and quick with repairs I barely knew they were even there. I lived here most recently for 3 years and would have stayed longer if our jobs didn't change! Would HIGHLY recommend Orchard Terrace as a wonderful place to call home.

We've truly enjoyed our time living at Orchard Terrace, It's felt like home to us for nearly six years now. Carol has been an absolute pleasure to work with, always kind, helpful, and professional. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient, although thankfully, we've had very few issues during our stay. The added presence of on-call security gives us the extra sense of safety and peace of mind. The location is ideal, and our neighbors are welcoming and friendly. Overall, we highly recommend Orchard Terrace to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed place to live!

The property manager Carol consistently goes above and beyond to keep the community well-maintained and running smoothly. Her dedication and hard work make a big difference at this complex. Sad truth not many property managers are like Carol. Orchard Terrace is very fortunate to have her.

OMG the Manager & Office consultant Carol is heaven sent🙏🏽!! From calling to check availability & squeezing me in last minute to do a tour of the apartment all in the same day.. Application process was efficient & fast. She has great communication & answered all my questions. I got the apartment I was looking for specifically with a toddler; the ground floor & have all the amenities I wanted.. AND she actually ANSWERS the phone unlike alot of other apartment complex. Orchard Terrace has leveled up from the groundskeeping to the customer service. I used to drive past all the time getting to the freeway (I live in WA for the last 9yrs) & I am happy to NOW call this my new home. KEEP IT UP yall are doing great ✨️‼️

This is my fourth year living here and longest place I've lived as an adult. Price is good. The management, Carol, is amazing. Maintenance are friendly and good people as well. The apartment is not immediately next to many things so we don't get alot of foot traffic from random or unhoused peoples. They are constantly updating and fixing the apartments. Management is doing very well getting this place together. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a reasonable price at a reasonable location with great management!
