Orchard Lakes Apartments

The office staff is always friendly, they answer all my calls and questions when asked. Recently transferred to a 2 bedroom and am extremely happy. The buildings are quiet and the grounds are kept up. Angie is always quick to answer when I call and get the answer if she needs assistance, Scott is always on top of emails when responding and Ro returns calls and communicates in a respectful manner.

We LOVE living here. It’s so nice to hang out on our little patio on the pond with lots of wildlife to enjoy. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are so helpful, friendly and timely! My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and they were sure to shovel a path to his truck as soon as it snowed. Our fridge wasn’t working and the maintenance guys installed a new one the next morning. We look forward to living here for the foreseeable future. 🥰

I called and spoke with Angie around 4. A young man came around 7 and replaced the bulb I needed.Very helpful in another instance as well.Wish I could have coaxed the young man who washed down the bldgs. Mine had a chaiar and rugs he did not wash down. Bummer.
