Orchard Grove Apartments

The management people in the office and the maintenance people are all great. If there is any problem they solve it quickly. The tenants are friendly and this is a nice place to live.

I have been looking for an affordable apartment and came across this complex online. I received a few messages to please stop in for a visit. After traveling an hour and a half, I get to the property only to find that the communication came from a third party. I was not allowed to view an apartment only the community center because there was no apartment to view nor was there any openings. The community center was nice. It seemed kike a community that had a lot of amenities but I would have preferred to see an apartment. I believe that their advertising tactics were misleading and I wasted my time going there.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life , they do not fix anything they make rent what they want to make it so unprofessional I even stay off of no lease for about two months because they don’t have any idea on what they are doing , very rude and unprofessional I would not recommend anyone move here they do nothing but paint over the mold on the walls and where ever else it is , they don’t fix anything at all and do things they want to do instead of making sure tenants are comfortable in their homes . Had a leak in the sink every since I moved in I have videos of thins as well but highly would not recommend

Update- I finally got my deposit. It's been quite a pain to get it back. My other experiences haven't changed. Don't do it. If you can't afford the "income based" apartments go to a different place to live as in city. It's just not worth it. I was a resident here up until a month ago for a duration of 6 years. As the years passed the quality and safety of the apartments dwindled. At the apartment complex there were constant roach infestations, cops showing up on the regular, yelling, screaming and neighbors threatening each other constantly. People would stand outside their doors in the main walk areas of the apartments smoking pot and leaving garbage and dog poop(even though there was a provided area for the dogs with bags provided) nearly everywhere. Lived here for a year and a half and just recently moved out. This was my first apartment ever renting in Florida when I relocated from Alabama and it was the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. I have documented records of things that were broken when I moved in and still never fixed by the time I moved out despite management complaining of how many times they’d sent maintenance to my apartment. They don’t like to fix things and they blame it on cooperate not allowing them to spend the money to give you properly functioning appliances that are supposed to be guaranteed in your lease.
