Orchard at Hilltop, The

Was fortunate to live here was a beautiful vicinity half the year it opened, lots of ungrateful and dirty tenants. Beautifully built Trash chutes , but piled up with trash bags that will sit there for days unless you let “management” know since tenants are lazy to throw down the chute . No assigned parking which made going out a nightmare because forget about parking on the side street no parking there either streets are packed with cars . Also lots of hit and runs inside the apartment complex parking lot, security cameras ? Forget about it you need to go through hoops and hurdles to get management to release footage they will NOT help you at all . Lots of favoritism with selected tenants who pay less than the average person living there . And rent increases every 6 months , what happene

I give this apartment complex three stars. The management needs to improve their organization, especially when it comes to handling the required forms for Affordable Housing. Unfortunately, I have had to submit the same forms multiple times because they seem to get lost or misplaced frequently. Despite this issue, the management staff is very pleasant and approachable. Additionally, tenants could be more considerate about keeping the trash chutes clear and not leaving their trash outside the chute. This would help maintain a cleaner environment for everyone. This is OUR home let’s not be ghetto/trashy and keep the complex clean. I would hate to see this beautiful complex go downhill like the one on 1050 B st. (Used to be well maintained back when it first opened early 2000’s) it’s a asham

Ok the building is beautiful very attractive until you have to deal with management.it seems everyone in the office are holding there positions for the first time.no one seems to know how to do anything,can't even get your documents in order you will have to submit the same paperwork 3 to 4 times due to the office misspllacing them and as far as parking,it's first come first serve unless your relatives of the manager if that's the case then you will be giving a reserved parking spot and you can have someone's car unlawfully towed away.as if people have $400 to throw away.👎🏾👎🏻👎🏾👎🏼👎🏿
