I stay here but not anymore longer. I see new manager very different from Boskim. He have attitude sometimes, but him honest and got fixed things. These new people Yolanda also Nena make place not comfortable too much lies for fixing nothing. Many people left because this, roaches, and keep raising rent even in upgraded apartments but still have with roaches everywhere. If you here, be careful and protect yourself. Keep paper for everything, write what you pay and what they tell you be careful cash. I don’t trust them. She gets different people to fix and it’s always noisy from contractors never quite, they are rude also. Treat tenants rude and no give notice when repairs. Kids screaming too much. It’s hell with New Manager have no idea here. No bueno

This place always has issues with the hot water they fix and later it breaks again constantly management never addresses any issues. Pool is always getting dirty sauna never seen it work and barbecue is broken. Nothing ever gets fixed here

This place is terrible. The “manager” his name is Boshkim, does nothing when there is a problem. We waited over four months for an appliance to be replaced. There is a plumbing problem and no hot water around three times a month and Boshkim does nothing about it. The neighbor plays techno music at all hours of night. Boshkim doesn’t allow you visitors but he has his family members/ friends who live here and park their cars in any spot they choose and he does nothing about it. This place is awful do not rent here.

I have lived in this apartment for more then ten years. It is safe and the managers are very nice. My neighbors are nice too. It is quiet and clean, and has all the things I need. If something needed to be fixed, then it was dealed with very quickly. I am very happy to live here!

Roach 🪳 infested Apartments please don't move here I requested all of you gates are broken as well.
